TEAM Buzz is an annual service day that is dedicated to making our Atlanta community. In the past students, faculty, and alumni have gathered to participate in projects such as charity races through the city to converting an old parking garage into a homeless shelter.This year is no different. We have over 40 different community service projects and we invite you to be a part of making our city a better place. Register your group on the TEAM Buzz website beginning October 5th. Design for America (DFA) is an award-winning nationwide network of interdisciplinary student teams and community members using design to create local and social impact. Students work in multidisciplinary teams and look to their local community to assess pressing challenges and work in teams with organizational partners to understand user’s needs, ideate, prototype and test potential solutions. This semester, we will be holding several events at Georgia Tech hoping to expose students to innovation in addition to holding our weekly general meetings.
